The Wellness Wheel is used to assess current state of health and well-being and points us to reclaiming Biblical principles.

Psalm 16.11 “You show me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy, in your right hand pleasures forever more.” Joy is evidence of God’s presence. Joy is available to watch all of the time even like a deep current underneath the most difficult situation. It is for the joy set before us that we serve the Lord with gladness - Hebrews 12.
